Your profile can be as compelling and vibrant as the work that you do, so please follow the steps below to upload your nonprofit’s logo or add organization photos:

  1. First, make sure you already have claimed your nonprofit profile.

  2. Log in at After logging in, it will take you to the Nonprofit Stats page if you only have one claimed nonprofit. If you have claimed more than one nonprofit, it will show you the list (click the one you want to manage).

    Note: If you are not taken to the Nonprofit Stats page after you are logged in, click the  welcome greeting in the header and select Manage My Nonprofit.

  3. On the Nonprofit Stats page, click the Edit Profile link.

  4. On the Edit Profile page, scroll down to the Your Media section and select the logo and photo you want to upload from your computer by clicking the Browse buttons.

    Note: The file size for each photo should be less than 2MB. We only accept .jpg/.jpeg, .png, and .gif files and the width should be wider than 150px.

  5. After selecting the logo and photos from your computer, you may add captions to the photos.

  6. Lastly, click the Save Changes button and wait for the page to reload.
