Donor and volunteer advisory is added to nonprofit profiles for any of the following reasons:

• the nonprofit has been in the news for alleged ethical or legal issues and their nonprofit status may be in question; or
• the nonprofit is no longer listed in the IRS Business Master File; or
• the nonprofit is included in the IRS Revocation List
